General Statute §121-6(b) charges the North Carolina Department of Cultural Resources with the task of collecting, editing and publishing the official messages and papers of each governor. The resulting volumes are very popular and go out of print quickly after publication. The Historical Publications Section has acquired a limited number of out-of-print governor’s papers volumes for the following governors:
There is no charge for volumes that are picked up at our office at 120 W. Lane Street in downtown Raleigh. If you would like to have a volume or group of volumes shipped to you, actual shipping costs must be prepaid. To check volume availability, please contact bill.owens@ncdcr.gov. To receive a shipping cost estimate, please include your complete UPS shipping address in your e-mail message. Note that these volumes are from public and personal collections and are therefore classified as "used" or "secondhand." |
